Shih-Han Huang is a Taiwan-based artist.

She's new-generation artist and designer toy creator, her work spans painting, sculpture, and contemporary pop art. Best known for her “cats in disguise” characters, she blends childhood memories with modern emotional healing, using soft brushstrokes and rounded forms as a “gentle rebellion against the world.”

Her Work

Since 2020, she has held five solo exhibitions and collaborated with brands such as Partner Toys, LHiDS, Odd One In, and Yuzu. Her works have been featured at major art fairs including Art Taipei, West Bund Art & Design in Shanghai, KIAF Seoul, and Japan’s Design Festa, and have been acquired by collectors across Asia.

In 2025, she was invited by TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE to host her solo exhibition Anxious but Cute, Still Alive, where over half the works were collected on opening day. Her practice is regarded as one of the defining voices of “East Asian healing art,” with Hanhan portraying human loneliness, tenderness, and quiet courage through the eyes of a cat.
