U.S. Shipping

Contiguous United States

$5 flat-rate shipping
Free shipping on orders over $60

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

$10 flat-rate shipping

Your shipping rate will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery timing may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email hi@playoddonein.com so we can help sort it out.

For lost packages, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

For damaged packages, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, your shipping label, and photos or video of the packaging and product where relevant. This helps us work with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
