When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces usually ship within 2 to 4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
OOi does not ship internationally. But please reach out to us at support@playoddonein.com to see what we can do for you.
How long does shipping take?
After dispatch, shipping typically takes:
United States: 3 to 7 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 15 days of delivery.
Because our pieces are collectible blind boxes, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If anything is wrong with your order, please reach out so we can make it right.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@playoddonein.com with your order number, and we’ll get you sorted.
Products
Are OOi drops limited?
Yes. Each OOi collection is produced in small, carefully planned batches, and some pieces are numbered editions. Once a collection is gone, it may not return.
What if an item is sold out?
If something you love is sold out, you can join the waitlist on the product page or sign up for our newsletter to hear about future releases. Some pieces may be restocked, while others stay archive-only.
How should I care for my OOi products?
Treat your OOi pieces like small sculptures. Keep them away from prolonged direct sunlight, liquids, and harsh cleaners, and wipe them gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer discounts?
We occasionally offer small treats for our community, such as first-time order codes or launch specials. The best way to hear about them is to join our newsletter and follow us on social.

We love meeting people who see the world a little differently. If you are an artist or creator whose work feels aligned with OOi, email us at hi@playoddonein with a short intro, links to your work and any ideas you already have in mind. We review every note, though we can only take on a few collaborations each year.
